Terrible work, horrible service I highly recommend please do not use Norris heating and air, I had recently have a/c and heating system installed in my house, left all wires open didn't do installation properly, this GUY'S lie too much regarding equipment was installation lower BTU then agreed, never notified me until I found out it was lower then I agreed, This guy is very unprofessional with customer and work, please don't trust lier, please please don't get any work done with him, please check if this contractors is registered with your village, He lies too much, I made biggest mistake giving him work please you don't do this....
