I have never met the owner Brian Judd or fleet manager Bruce Shimell, but fair and honest are not what I have experienced with this company. My contract guaranteed 100% pay to driver for loading/unloading plus bonuses yet when my settlements were received they were still split with the owner, and when I submitted my two week notice, I was asked to give them a month to see how pay was improved, ( it didn’t) this was a verbal agreement which I advised the fleet manager if things weren’t better I was leaving prior, Bruce Shimell said fair enough but he guaranteed things were going to pick up.....they refuse to pay my last two settlements even though they received my resignation at least a month prior to my contract end. So I can’t say they are honest, I know that Bruce Shimell isn’t. I wouldn’t recommend, work at your own financial risk.

Mr. Judd is a fair and honest man. He treats his drivers with respect and is a giving person. I have no regets coming to work for him and would recommend him to anyone.
