Our dealings with this company have been utterly terrible. We ordered over three thousand dollars of banquet chairs last spring and they charged the purchase to our company credit card. When ;the chairs arrived they were not what we had ordered. We refused to accept them and had them returned. They did not credit our account and have refused to do so. We have tried to get them to send other merchandise and they will not even get back to us. So, essentially they took our money and have refused to send other merchandise or credit our account. They are totally unreliable, untrustworthy and border on fraud in dealing with our company. They are the last company we would recomend. Kathy G and Company Birmingham, AL

WARNING DO NOT ORDER OR WORK WITH AES!! Very Long & Stressful Experience - They do not know what customer service is (the Warehouse Manager said to my face that they do not believe in customer service) Both the owner Maria and Warehouse Manager have yelled and cussed at me, accused me of being a liar, said it's their word against mine. Please take this review into serious consideration and DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Their prices may be cheap, but so is their quality. Save yourself from the stress!!
