Here is my review for Midvale Sand and Gravel. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I want other people to be aware of the business practices that this woman is running. The only reason Shannon at Midvale Sand and Gravel is getting my one star review is because the cement truck drivers were very nice and helped us with the cement. WE did not ask them to help, they just jumped in and helped. And, because of that, we got charged another $100-$150 per visit. She had talked to my husband after the first visit and told him that because her guys helped us, we would be charged another $100, so I knew that was coming on the first visit's bill. But, when we received an extra $150 charge for the 2nd visit, I called to find out why one visit was $100 and the other was $150, She so rudely explained that because her drivers helped us, it ran them late. Again, we did not ask them to help, they just did. Shannon was very rude and condescending. She and Midvale Sand & Gravel is a business we will never deal with again. We will buy our concrete somewhere else.
