Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of simply saying that he could not work with me, he decided to belittle me on the phone when I was simply asking questions about a custom map order.

First off, I have no idea why Manta lists our company in Albuquerque when we moved to Boulder in 2019. Maybe Manta will update this sometime soon. Second, I also have no idea who "Lisa Charles" is, and anyone who knows us would find it absurd that we would belittle anyone kind enough to get in touch with us. Our reputation speaks for itself in our work ethic and the way we treat people, and our clients can readily attest to that. I strongly suspect this might be our competition falsely putting out a bad word about us, which is upsetting but not entirely shocking given their track record. I know that anyone who contacts us would be quite impressed with the ease of dialogue and our ability to walk through the process with them.
