Description Of Work: Jake Wright Excavating contracted to construct a horse arena on my property. Mr Wrights contract expired before he completed even half the work, and so he sued me for his incompetence. Member Comments: Jake Wright Excavating failed to perform as agreed, failed to get a construction permit and I received a citation from the county telling me that I would be hauled before magistrate court if the mess Mr Wright made wasn't cleaned up. Mr Wright failed half of his soil compaction tests and then refused to pay his soils testing contractor. When Mr Wrights contract expired and he was less than half complete, he sued me. Another contractor was needed to complete the work.
