So.... .on Saturday April 30th ... I broke my car at Playalinda Beach and followed my insurance protocol by calling them first and having them set up a tow for me and requested C&L they informed me that they were going with another company out of Merritt island who in turn solicited me to pay the driver money in order to take me home with my vehicle. I immediately called Teresa at C&L and asked if this was appropriate because I had never heard of such she said absolutely not I then called my insurance company and told them C&L is picking up my vehicle they were appalled at the other tow company. Within 45 minutes of being contacted the drivers were out at play Linda hooking up my car they brought me home let me get everything out of my car and took my car back with them to be safe and secure until my insurance company could get their act together ....through all the tough issues I've had with the insurance company C&L has been there for me the entire time thank you so much guys you've towed other vehicles of mine and this last experience really shows what a great company you are!!!
