It's a RIPOFF. they are scamming businesses. please stay away I recieved a directory listing form with our old address on it. It said I could add fax and email at no extra charge. I did not add anything, just changed the address. Then I got a call from the law offices of James A. West saying Yellow Page Directories had placed the matter in their office for collection for the amount of $327.00. Yelow Page Directories never even sent me a bill. You would think adding a fax line or email address is free, but to change the physical address they charged $327.00. If Yellow Pages Directories sends you a listing form, throw it away or it will cost you.

This company is scamming people. Sending out flyers saying to update your free listing and when you do they send you a bill. DO NOT FILL OUT THERE FORM, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS FREE! They don't even answer their phone. I've called during business hours 5 times and have left voicemails each time and they will not return my call. BAD COMPANY!!!
