I understand a credit company doing their job however with Cornerstone I feel they not always due the best for the companies which they represent. An example is when an account is sent to them, they are known to "sit" on it, allowing the account to age without ever sending statements out to the customer. This allows additional interest in their pocket. I feel that is just poor business ethics. I have delt with other local collection agencies which are much more efficent.
