I don't recommend this company. They have no integrity. Caused me to wreck my vehicle on one of their construction projects due to them being to lazy to place the barrels up to show that the road was closed. After asking me to give them until the end of the week to okay the repairs I find out yesterday that the project engineer didn't even complete the incident report until yesterday. Got a call from the contractor on the project today and was told that there were lines on the road to show me where I should have been going and that I was liable not them. In hindsight it is pretty suspicious that the engineer waited a week to fill out the incident report and the fact that they had workers out there all weekend makes it even more sketchy. So now I'm stuck with at least another week of rental car charges along with my insurance deductible and an accident on my driving record. So beware if you are driving thru their construction projects because according to triple A I was the 5th call that day about the site and they've had multiple calls since the project started due to signs/barricades not being placed or visible. I guess as long as the City of Jacksonville and Archer Western keep their bottom line down they don't care who goes into debt due to their incompetence.

No I don't recommend this company..there work is substandard...and They do not clean up when completed in an area...I was walking on a sidewalk they cut out and patched with asphalt..the work was unlevel and debris everywhere..I tripped at 630 pm walking through this area..I have permanent injuries..they do not have caution signs out..there employees speed wrecklessly up and down Philips highway..there very unprofessional sloppy work and do not clean there work areas up..they have no regards for pedestrians at all..I had to go to hospital for injuries and now in the process of retaining an attorney.. because i know this company won't man up and take responsibility..i have pics witnesses and documentation of my Claims..I'll see them in court..
