Must I say something positive? Then I would have nothing to add. But I believe in good reviews as well as the bad. After close to 30 years of having San Carlos provide electric I can honestly say this company has stooped to new lows in Customer Relations. If I had been in an a** kissing mood I feel Art would have been much kinder. We called for a simple turning on of our electric. Upon Arts arrival he started nit picking our home to death. He turned the power on tho. But said we need to upgrade our equipment (why isnt that their 1500 buck job?) He gave us 30 to 90 days but suggeted the sooner the better and best would be to have it done over the weekend. We responded that the cost for a weekend electrician would be to much! A lady Art was working with stepped closer and suddenly Art stuck his chest out and said well then I am turning your electric back off if you are not doing it this weekend and called the truck back to unhook the electric he had just had turned on. Yeah it was that rediculous. It was like what just happened? We left. The only thing that changed during the whole experiance was how close or far away the woman was from Art. The closer she came the more Art preached at us and demanded things. The electric had never had a problem in close to 30 years of servicing. Suddenly we are stuck having to do all this work at a cost between 500 to 1500 dollars. All because we didn't kiss Art's butt. We have no rights.

Yous should supply information to customers about solar power, this is good for every one, helps our country to lower power needs. Yous should be trying to put yourself out of the loop for power and have each home in Arizona provfide its own power using Solar.
