I wish I could give her a rating of 0. Unfortunately, I trusted Gail S Newman for this year's tax and I had the worst experience I have ever had. First, she scheduled a time for me to go to her office on March 15 and she forgot about that completely. I called her and messaged her a couple of times and she did not respond at all. The day after she messaged me and said she is sorry that she forgot and she asked me to send her my tax documents. I sent her all documents. A week after, I did not hear anything from her then I messaged her to follow up and she rudely responded that she has other clients and she is busy. I told her that the tax deadline is close and if she is busy and she can not do my tax she should let me know so I find someone else while I have time but she said she has enough time to do that. Unfortunately, I trusted her and wait until April 16, and I did not hear back from her. So I called her on April 17 to see if she even started working on my file or not. She rudely didn't let me talk and told its Sunday and she hang up the call. I had to take a day off to find someone else on the last day to finish my tax on time and I had to pay double to finish that on time. I am so sorry for her and I will never ever work with NHP Funding Solution with this poor customer service. I hope no one trusts them anymore and does not work with them so they learn to respect the client and don't lie to them and don't make this many problems for them.
