This company also known as Boundary Solutions, Inc. is a dishonest company. I asked for a quote in writing and W G Kirkland said it was against bidding practices to give a quote in writing and it is not. The Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying will confirm that surveyors can provide a bid in writing. They verbally quoted me a price and then completed the work and charged me double. W G Kirkland is very dishonest.
