I rented an apt from Perry, I paid my rent and bills all on time! He decided to kick me out over nothing and is now keeping my security deposit for stuff that I didn’t even damage! Beware renting from this man, he’s very rude and is not someone you should trust with your money! Not to mention he lied about selling the property to get me out, while he lets a girl who smokes weed in the building stay! It took me saying if I had to take him to court over my security deposit for him to finally respond after 2 months of trying to get an answer about my deposit, I just don’t understand how someone can charge you for something you didn’t do, I moved into the place not painted walls diff colors and patches, now he decides to paint it and make it look nice on my dime?! I guess we can just let the courts decide, I have photos to prove how it looked when I moved in! DO NOT RENT FROM PERRY CAMPANELLI!!!
