But when it comes to somebody who pulls their weight and the persons who walked outs weight, their hours slowly get reduced or moved to a different location with false hope of getting more hours and a raise, demoted, fired, unable to get rehired this is all part of Tads dictatorship. Employees should have BLAST directed towards them as well and their opinion should be valued for helping out each establishment and the higher people of the company should realize that their company on this side of this state could be put in jeopardy because a lack of sensitivity to the workers who are not considered favorites. -From the people who don't matter
