I hate to leave a poor review because the instructor I met was very friendly and seemed knowledgable, but the owner of the company is absolutely wretched. I had the misfortune of having a few phone calls with her. Both times she was very unpleasant and immediately confrontational. I tried to take the class two weeks ago, but was unable to make it due to a family crisis. I called to reschedule and explained my situation hoping for a little sympathy. I found none. She got confrontational to the point where I had to take a step back and explain to her that I wasn't trying to get in an argument. I had to pay $150 to reschedule. I tried to do the homework at 7 on the Friday before my course, and realized that the booklet required isn't available online. It's 2016, get with the times. So I show up and explain to the instructor. He was very understanding and friendly. He was going to let me complete the course, however the owner stepped in and kicked me out. We talked on the phone and she was extremely rude. I don't understand how a company can operate with zero standards for customer service. She started to curse at me on the phone until she eventually hung up after I told her I refused to pay another rescheduling fee. Apparently they do not care about sharing the joys of the road with new riders. They simply see you as another dollar bill. In the end I drove 40 mins (both ways) and payed $500 out of pocket, only to be treated poorly and have nothing to show for it. Wouldn't recomm
