Would definitely NOT recommend this company. One of the customer service reps called us after we sent an email concerning our order. The guy was rude, biligerent, and once we told him to cancel the order - he threatened to post negative reviews on our company online, at the BBB, and various outlets. I explained he can't do that since he didn't buy from us - we were his customer. The main reason for inquiry was they had a few hiccups on the website, and we didn't want to place an order twice - rather than taking the time to answer our question, thsi gentleman harassed us, and made threats. After reading other reviews online, this is common practice for this company. They want to brag on the phone about how much money they do stating they were a $50 million dollar company, online to someone else $30 million, but annual public reports are less than $1 million. They should take some of the money they DO make and invest it into customer service.
