Ashley Wright- your review is so upsetting & my condolences to you. I’ve been on the fence about this business for just over a year. To avoid the rent penalties I chose to pay 4 months in advance back in September. However I won’t be very surprised if something else changes. Other then the lack of compassion this company is incapable of providing or accepting any reliable options to pay rent. She does it all by hand & off memory. We can’t pay by debit or visa without the hassle of direct deposit, however the business isn’t registered via WECU or ICU’s database of regional vendors. Again- CONDOLENCES Ashley. I’m strongly considering taking my business elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero stars the women Judy is a bitch we gave her 225 cash she tried to say she never got it good thing we felt weird and video taped us putting it in the box then she changed the date money was due when she knew we were bringing it today our son died in June he was 2 months old she has us locked out of our unit saying she hasn't gotten the check we mailed a week ago she's a snake an awful women do not store stuff here run
