Summerhouse residents have repeatedly vandalized the security gate to Seawalk. They typical break the gate prior to a long holiday weekend . It was broken after 11:30 last night 5-24-13 prior to the long weekend. By law this requires Seawalk to lock the gate with a chain to avoid liability issues from over 400 Summerhouse residents plus traffic from A1A cutting through to Ponte Vedra Blvd..Seawalk is a private community with private roads which has an establish 22 year old one way easement through Summerhouse since the community was developed.. Summerhouse used to be an apartment complex when Seawalk was developed.
