I am trying to figure out how to ask a question regarding some Christmas lights that I just purchased. The box only states it is made in China and you are the distributor. On the side of the box it says they can be steady or flashing illumination. There are no instructions stating how to make them flashing. They also state if one bulb burns out the rest remain lit! This also seems false as I have pulled one bulb out and a 6th of the strand goes black. I tried this on all three strands and it holds true. Can you offer any advise other than returning the product?

(it appears that they might have been bought at 2 different retailers)

It seems that every BAD product I have bought lately comes from East West Dist. Co.!!! The Christmas lights were the last straw. I spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong and finally at 3:00 in the morning I discovered the problem! The other guy is right. Your company distributes the worst products I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. Between unAmerican companies like yourself and this miserable socialist president we now have, China will completely own us pretty soon. I remember when we complained if something had "made in Japan" on it. Now I pray for their products -- at least they made something you could figure out and/or have repaired if necessary. Now, the Chinese sell us stuff for which you can neither understand the directions (if you even get any), nor can it be repaired. It's no longer "fix or repair daily" -- now it's "dump it and buy a new one"!!! I would like to have my money back, but that's a pipedream -- I just won't ever buy one of your products again. How UnAmerican are you that you distribute such trash??? Oh, and when I tried to call your phone number which was NOT listed on the package -- I had to get it from the computer -- you don't talk to the public.
