I am trying to figure out how to ask a question regarding some Christmas lights that I just purchased. The box only states it is made in China and you are the distributor. On the side of the box it says they can be steady or flashing illumination. There are no instructions stating how to make them flashing. They also state if one bulb burns out the rest remain lit! This also seems false as I have pulled one bulb out and a 6th of the strand goes black. I tried this on all three strands and it holds true. Can you offer any advise other than returning the product?

Will try to reach the right person tomorrow. This would fall under a fan of the products -
Perhaps you can answer this question - Leading up to Halloween many of the decorations and props have tags stating - Distributed by East West Distributing Company - I have two units with the same item # although one is painted Silver - One was bought last year so they still make this apparently. (it appears that they might have been bought at 2 different retailers)
I have a need for a number of these and would like to order some if possible -
Item # 537685 Halloween Spooky Skull both were priced at $5.99

I am writing to you to see if you would know how to obtain an instruction book for the Signature Gourmet Deluxe Food Processor. I see by the bottom of the box that you were the disributor. I don't really have any idea when this was purchased although the date code on the box says:0705, so my guess is that it is older. The item code from the bottom of the box is 819834. Certainly would appreciate your help. Thanks so much. Linda

It seems that every BAD product I have bought lately comes from East West Dist. Co.!!! The Christmas lights were the last straw. I spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong and finally at 3:00 in the morning I discovered the problem! The other guy is right. Your company distributes the worst products I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. Between unAmerican companies like yourself and this miserable socialist president we now have, China will completely own us pretty soon. I remember when we complained if something had "made in Japan" on it. Now I pray for their products -- at least they made something you could figure out and/or have repaired if necessary. Now, the Chinese sell us stuff for which you can neither understand the directions (if you even get any), nor can it be repaired. It's no longer "fix or repair daily" -- now it's "dump it and buy a new one"!!! I would like to have my money back, but that's a pipedream -- I just won't ever buy one of your products again. How UnAmerican are you that you distribute such trash??? Oh, and when I tried to call your phone number which was NOT listed on the package -- I had to get it from the computer -- you don't talk to the public. One has to call or go to Walgreens to complain. lw in Florida
