Do not use! She does not have a license. She will take your deposit for material and never install your patio. When I warned her that I would be filing a small claims case against her to get ourdeposit back. She replied "go ahead, I have nothing, you can't get anything from nothing". She also stated none of her assets are in her name so I can sue her if I wanted, but it won't get me any closer to my money. She may use the alias of Tara Sauceda, Tara Telles or Tara Rodriguez. Please do not allow her to do this to you. If I would have seen a post like this, it would have prevented us from losing $3,500.00. Good luck....
