Mim's Bakery was established in 1989. We make desserts and pastries baked from scratch with all natural ingredients; butter, flour, sugar, cream, real vanilla, and liqueurs, Guittard chocolates, local and organic nuts. Mim's bakery makes wedding cakes, special occasion cakes, cookies and desserts because you want something delicious right now. We are open Tuesday-Saturday from 7am-2pm. We also can do dessert consultations for weddings and other large events by appointment.
