I had a bad experience on july 18, my birthday . A Party of 4. The waiter miss poured the wine and brought another tables meal to us. my fish had a piece of plastic in it, I was told it was grease that had harden. little do they know I know the difference. I was given a free meal and dessert as compensation. but I feel my whole party should have been compensated as well due to the fact that we had poor service and a lot of petty excuses. my husband and I enjoy coming to this restaurant for special occasions but the most recent experiences have caused us to be a little weary of this establishment. it is my advice to you to retrain your staff and ensure that every experience is a guaranteed great one. Im unhappy that im writing a complaint as opposed to a thankyou.
