We have had excellent support from White Hat for the past 4 or 5 years....maybe more. He has done troubleshooting, set up new computers, set up our secure wireless system, linked our printers, security.......He even took my---what looked to be dead--laptop home and talked to the tech support for the company to get it back up and running. He saved my pictures from a hard drive that died. I cannot say enough good things about White Hat. I am truly computer illerate.....I can do web searches and buy stuff online, but that's about it., so he's working from scratch with us all the time....and he's patient beyone belief and never makes us feel stupid.
