Please do not waste your time or money, you can definitely find someplace better. I am a former tenant and my experience with them to say the least way HORRIBLE. In every house that you move into there will be problems, but the amount of problems that came with their house was absolutely ridiculous. At first sight everything looked fine until I actually got into their house. There were holes and (2inch) gaps in the walls hidden behind things (stove) that eliminated any air circulation, and gave rodents and bugs easy access to the house. The water heater that was BEHIND THE WALL in the pantry bursted on numeral occasions, flooding the kitchen. On top of that, management has a poor, "not my problem" attitude. An electrical outlet caught fire due to faulty wiring, causing me a couple hundred dollars in personal item damage. After extinguishing the flames and turning off the power, it took about 3/4 hours for a maintenance worker to show up. The rodent infestation was so bad that I couldn't store any food in cabinets of the pantry, which resulted in me having to stay with family until my lease was up. When I did return to finish packing my things to move, there were rodent droppings EVERYWHERE. So if you can, please save yourself from more problem and from kicking out unnecessary money.
