My husband and I purchased a piece of propery threw this company apx 5 years ago. I do NOT recommend this company or the realitor sherry pack. When we bought the place she could not tell us were the property lines were, were the septic system was, or any real details about the property. she DEfINATLY did not mention that the property flooded EVERY time it rained. Well, we got past all of that, even the fact that she lied about the septic system being recently pumped. But now 5= years later, we try to sale the property and find ot that the deed was written wrong! Over $3000 we payed this woman for nothing but lies and stupidity! Now before we can sale if we are going to have to track down the previous owners and have the deed re-done! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
