I find visiting different cities and experiencing their culinary culture to be a wonderful source of inspiration. One of my greatest pleasures is to add my own twist to traditional cuisines. Enjoying recipes and learning new cooking techniques that define a region has motivated me to share "my take" on these experiences with our city. Together with my son Ed, Jr. and his love and knowledge of craft beers and bourbons, Eddie 'N Eddie was created in the spirit of shared ownership. It is a collaboration that blends experience with youth, and our passions for turning these inspirations into a restaurant where our guests can gather, share and enjoy.
