The bottom line is that Stewart's communication was consistent and extensive, the process beginning to end was seamless, and the service and product were both excellent.
I looked into Ssnake Oyl, but their work was very expensive so I found Python Restoration and reached out to Stewart regarding my 1967 Mustang seatbelts. He immediately got back to me, sent me photos of his work on other vehicles, the estimated cost and timeline. Anyone who has been in the vehicle restoration business for five minutes knows that all of these things are very rare, so I shipped my belts to him that week.
When he received them he let me know and got to work repairing the damage on them, replacing belts, hardware, and adding the date tags that likely ripped off decades ago. When he was done he let me know (on the money for his estimated timeline), I paid over the phone with ease, and they arrived a few days later. The estimated cost was accurate to the penny as well.
The belts came out great, the stitching is perfect, and the tags look straight out of the factory. Stewart is a man of integrity, transparency, and punctuality. I will continue to bring my other 1967 and 1968 Mustangs in the years to come.
