It's going on 6 weeks and I have yet to have my issue resolved. This is utterly ridiculous!!!! The department called CUSTOMER SERVICE should be renamed as it is nonexistent. I have been ignored, gotten the run around and been totally inconvenienced since I have started dealing with OnCorp. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! The company is either staffed with incompetents or with people who could not care less about their customer base. Whatever the case, at this point, I just want a refund. I'd probably get stuck with another defective product and end up having to deal with company morons again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ON CORP!!!!!!!!!! I was supposed to have my old tv picked up 1 and a half weeks ago and nobody ever showed up. Now they won't answer the phone and the only people that will tell me they don't have anything to do with it and can't help me. So now I have a $700 tv sitting in a box in my living room gathering dust. Pretty sure this is not why I bought a new tv!!!!!

This company is absolutely horible, customer service does not exist in there business model, how they remain in business is an understatement, they should be barred from doing business with anyone. I had a visit from the technician two weeks ago and the tv was reported as being defective and i only receive a voice for me to call back two days ago. No one answers the number at the extension given. i have left two three message a day and no have yet to return my call. The only people in this organization that picks up ar the people in the sales department.....go figure. I woud not recommend this company, product or brand to anyone i know to include my worst enemies. STAY AWAY FROM ON CORP AND RCA UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SHAFTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS

Ok I have been having the worst time with this company. It is truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The technician determined I needed a replacement in June and I have been trying to get one ever since.
I have finally got a hold of someone there, Victoria. After going through multiple extensions this morning and leaving voice mails for anyone I could she called me back to set up the replacement process. As of right now I still have hope that I will get a replacement. She said she will be sending a box to me to ship in and to call her back after I have shipped it.
Here's my suggestion to all if you can't get a hold of anyone. Try Victoria first, she's only the one who has done anything for me so far. Her extension is 116. If that doesn't work or if you want to try others here are some you can try.

Good luck to everyone else. And I honestly think we may have a lawsuit here with this many people being effected.

It is a sad day when a complany can not and will not ask the customer all. Then when someone ask the phone it is a completed run around no real answer. RCA would not be the product it is with companies like this one. Doing business for them. I want my money back!!!!!!

This company is not professional at all. No customer service to speak of. All the numbers I was given were no longer working and the website that was on my paper work was shut down. What kind of people are we buying from here. Afer 4 hours of non productive phone calls, I finally got a call back but they wouldnt listen to me. Just kept telling me they would find me a repairman which was going to cost at least 150.00 just for service call. They do not stand behind the products that they sell. Very disappointed. Always make sure you know who you are dealing with. I will never buy anything else manufactured by this company. And I have filed a complaint with the BBB,

What a company! No one ever there to answer the phone. Mailboxes that won't take calls, because they're always full and no one (retail store or repair dept) knows how to get ahold of Oncorp either. I WILL NEVER BUY AN RCA PRODUCT AGAIN. In fact, I will double check everything I purchase to make sure Oncorp does not cover the warranty. If they do, I will not buy the product.

not a fan. customer service does not exist with them. i have called on a warranty issue for over a week and the mail box is not available or calls are never returned.

I cannot recommend RCA or OnCorp or any of their related TV products! Their Consumer Service is non-existent and non-responsive. Despite their website claims of "commitment to quality, value, performance, and consumer service", all of my attempts (emails, phone calls, letters, etc.) to communicate with this company have been futile. What a shame: another good brand "bites the dust" due to the inefficiency and incompetency of the company that supplies RCA's to the public.

I don't know how this company remains in business, they don't seem to care, but maybe if some body took the time to talk to there customers, they would, I have been tiring for 3 week to talk to some one, and no one seems to want to return my call, PRAY your product never goes bad, and you need a replacement
