Dr. Trigger Enterprises, inc. (DTE) was founded in March of 1997 by Waylon G. Stepp, Ph.D. Dr. Stepp founded the company as a service based organization to serve institutions of higher learning and some small businesses. In December of 1997, DTE was moved from NW Arkansas to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since moving to Iowa, DTE has contracted with the various non-profit organizations and governmental agencies (local, state, and federal). DTE is primarily involved in grant writing, grant/project management, and project development and implementation. DTE does grant reviewing for 8 federal agencies.
