It's not that their quality is crap, because it's good. It's the fact that they trick you to get a better price, but make you think you're getting a deal. For example. I have a 59 Chevy pickup truck. Needecthe hood emblem re-chromed. Sent multiple close up pictures in an email. Was quoted $130. I send them the emblem on my dime. Then they get it, make excuses, and nearly triple the price. I'm stuck. I needed it rechromed, so I reluctantly pay the high price. Rather than ship it around to chromers and waste more money. Excuse was, "It was worse in person"? How so, when I sent close up pictures of the pitted emblem originally. Lesson learned. Suck them in with a low price, come back with a high price. Don't appreciate this tactic at all. So I will never ask for their service again because of this. SHOPPER BEWARE!
