Had this company come to my mothers home. She was very uncomfortable with the staff. Appeared they did not know what they were doing. Seemed unsafe and disorganized. She was very concerned for the way they handled her concerns. The gentleman did not seem to understand her and became very angry with me. Kinda scary. She thought the man may have been drinking. Smelled of alcohol.
