You have the worst customer service people, no help in resolving product issue after product issue!! It's amazing how you stay in business, not for long I'm sure! I'll make certain my organization hears about your poor service and I'm sure I will not be the only unsatisfied employee that they will have heard from!! Thanks for ruining my 35 year service experience!! Hopefully my 40th anniversary will be much more pleasant and not with your company!!!

"Creating Exceptional Customer Experiences"? What a joke! They ruined my service anniversary with my company!! Poor follow up, wrong item received and the worst customer service I have ever encountered! My recommendation, find another company to do business with.
