The customer service I received was horrible. I understand that this business may be stressful, but as a front desk assistant isn't it your job to respect your customers? The person was always very stressed and berated me. here is a segment from their home page:
"Every patient at RAC is given personal guidance and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. It is this philosophy that sets Rockwall Aesthetic Center apart and brings patients back again and again. "
This paragraph is a joke. I would strongly suggest going to another location if kindness and respect matters to you. I will certainly never go back unless they hire new employees. As for the actual treatments I had done, they were only so-so.
There are many other Spa's in the area, don't bother with this one.
