30 minute Resistance Circuit that is easy to learn yet effective. Intimate atmosphere where ladies feel "at home" without being intimidated as in many large commercial gyms. We have additional equipment targeting abs and cardio. Video led yoga and aerobics classes round out your exercise routine! Seminars or talks by area health professionals are scheduled periodically.
