now that i have my dress...I can say something....my bridesmaids dress was to big, so i took to nelsons dry cleaners the one on bloomingdale ave...let me say the woman that worked there was amazing..im sorry i didnt get her name..but she was great. the person who altered my dress..rudest woman ever..and the mgr of the brandon location is very annoying and un professional..the lady at the bloomingdale location pinned my dress so it can be altered...couple of days later my husband goes to pick up the dress and brought it home...i get home from work and i try to try on my dress and its to small. we take it back the same afternoon and show the lady that it was to small and she was very concerned..my husband calls and trys to talk to the taylor and she bascially said it was my fault or the lady that pinned the dress got it wrong, and that we were lucky they were going to fix it with no charge...really? my husband tried to talk to the mgr and kept getting the run around. and when he did talk to him the mgr wouldnt let him talk. so now im telling everyone that will listen. do not go to this place...the people are soooooooo rude. and dont know what the hello kitty they are doing.
