The contract is for installation of some equipment to our Refinery, Servicing and maintenance of our Refinery, building of the staff quarters and roads. Before the contract was signed, we agreed in principle that 20% will be set aside as our commission as over invoiced and that is for me and my colleagues. Right now the company has contacted us for their readiness to give us the over invoiced amount of the $30 000, 000 Thirty Million united state dollars as we agreed but I don’t have foreign account. All the current civil servant in Nigeria is not allowed to operate foreign account.
