CFK will help reduce hospital costs by facilitating the transition to outpatient VAD care. After the initial setup, subsequent supplies will be delivered to the patient's front door. We offer regular patient contact to ensure that adequate supplies are offered and the patient is comfortable in the new VAD lifestyle. We also verify prior authorization and directly bill insurance to help minimize paperwork and to decrease patient's financial burden.
