Is it possible to rate a zero? I was stuck on the lake with a minor problem(bad relay) and called this so called "mechanic" for help and suggestions. I planned on hauling the boat straight to this joker to be fixed once I got it out of the water. He was insanely rude. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I was told more or less that I am a moron(I am a certified Harley tech) and was hung up on. If I treated my customer the way this guy treated me, they would never come back for service. For that reason right there, I will never EVER patronize this guy again nor should anyone else.
