My roof was replaced in 2006 and has leaked ever since. The most recent leak was last weekend (6/30/13).
Brian was responsive at first and sent someone apprx. 8-10 times but then gave up and refused to answer or return
my phone calls . We are now need to have our roof completely replaced. Make sure you get a warranty in writing and document any leaks with the BBB.
