I secured the services of Mr. Daniel in 2010. He immediately assured me that the case was an easy one. Especially since he had worked in law enforcement in the county and had many friends in the courts. After the first meeting in which we paid 1/3 of his retainment, we tried reaching him to discuss the status of his communication with the DA. He stated he could not talk about it on the phone and advised we come over to his office. He demanded that upon our arrival we would be required to make a full payment of the balance prior to discussion. We were excited that he had good news. After making the full payment he advised that the DA had not gotten back to him. He reassured us it would all be fine. In the end, he did noting for the case except agreed to a plea for 5 years on a BS case. When questioned about why he made such a bad deal, he stated the judge is a Republican who doesnt like blacks and would have given greater prison time for a 2nd degree charge for a first time offender. He added that the State could come up with additional charges if we do not accept the deal. When asked what possible charges? he stated Abuse of Public Office, misuse of government property and resources. It did not make any sense because the person involved was not a government employee and had noting to do with goverment or use of government property. After sentencing he said good luck with your life after release. He has since refused to answer any questions or offer any assistance. This gu
