I am pleased to say I am very pleased with A Max Auto Insurance. My family and myself have had auto ins with this company for several yrs. The location I signed up with is located in Irving, TX. The staff always greet customers as they come into the business. They are plesant and take their time with each customer. Although all the staff in the location are Spanish, it does not matter who you are or what your race is, you are a customer. They are well trained and assist you even if you are across country, like I am at this time. I called today because I am on a road trip and I forgot my proof of INS in my other car and at first I asked if it could be faxed then I asked if it could be emailed and she said yes, I will send it right now. THAT IS REAL SERVICE. The people their can teach other companies customer service reps what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about and that is the customer comes first. I am retired from Verizon and I always told my reps to answer the phone with a SMILE on their face. I know you can't please everyone but these Reps here certainly try.... They are a PLUS in my book.
