"Make your day perfect with The Perfect Day Cakes" Besides offering over 18 cake flavors, 15 filling flavors and 8 icing flavors I also offer cheesecakes, pies, cupcakes, cookies and some chocolate work.?? For those of you that have allergen sensitivities or special dietary needs I also offer sugar free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and egg free desserts.?? All items are baked in a licensed kitchen so cross contamination may occur, I do everything I can to sanitize my baking items before baking for any allergen recipe.?? I have also competed in UMBA (Upper Midwest Bakery Association) competitions and placed a silver and a bronze, which was exciting to me since it was my first competition!?? I have been published in MN BRIDE and my work has been seen in L'eToile Magazine and on their website at Letoilemagazine.com.
