Elder Advocates, Care Management Services and Licensed In Home Caregivers Elfin Care Managers will establish a "one on one" relationship with you and your loved ones. It will be our responsibility to listen to you and get to know you so that we can understand what kind of assistance is needed and what you would like to have happen. In some cases you may be unable to stay at home because of injury or illness. As a fully licensed and insured Washington State Home Care Agency (License # IS-110) we are able to provide the most skilled and compassionate caregivers available. Our caregivers provide assistance with dressing, feeding, personal hygiene, toileting and any other non-medical services that are required. With the support of these wonderful caregivers, our clients can often safely stay in their home instead of being forced to move.
