I had the pleasure of renting Mr. Gold's condo. When I moved in the unit, the bathroom was extremely dirty. There were consistent mold issues inside the unit. We had to demand cleaning after we moved it. When I moved out of the condo, Mr Gold charged me to clean the dirty bathroom that was not cleaned when we moved in. I purchased replacement blinds/inserts (3 packages) at the move-out visit. Mr. Gold said he was not going to charge me for the cheap blinds. Mr. Gold charged over $100 for cheap blinds. Mr. Gold asked us to remove the refrigerator after we complained about the functionality of the refrigerator, when we moved in. To save Mr. Gold's money, Mr. Gold asked us to put the malfunctioning refrigerator on the curb for trash pick-up. We did as we were instructed by Mr. Gold. Mr. Gold charged us for the malfunctioning refrigerator, that didn't work well shortly after we moved it. Mr. Gold's predatory skills are organic. It is my opinion Mr. Gold lacks integrity, character, and honesty. Mr. Gold will steal from you because Mr. Gold is unethical. The dirty bathroom, mold, and refrigerator were MOVE-IN issues. I have pictures of the dirty bathroom, replacement blinds, YouTube video on how to 'replace the blind twist' instead of replacing the 'entire blinds' and mold issues. Beware! Keep excellent records, communication text, and pictures.
