Worst place, worse than public housing…gangs, ghetto trash, NOISE, roaches, mold, no stripping around front door, kitchen floor made out of cardboard. 4 floods in one year, two on same day…don’t even clean the carpet…construction going on day and NIGHT….manager would not move us, the people right across from construction and wouldn’t move us after 4 floods. No smoke alarm ..had to call fire marshall to get one, no oven for a month, neighbor cut down tree in front of window..they did nothing to her…meth lab burned down ….now this part of complex has only myself and one other tenant who lets wild dog and wild cat run around..don’t enforce leash laws..this is a PIT….looks like BRONX in 1980.
