DO NOT BUY A KABCO HOME. Go to their website. Read the reviews. Their service after the sale is horrible. Their homes are cheaply made. Please do your homework. About Evangeline Homes. I would not buy from them. Saleslady Lori & financial mgr Chris are rude. I one midday afternoon on a weekday texted her & asked her if paneling in living room was light or dark brown. She texted back that she didn't know. That what was in showroom home was what we ordered. I reported that & she apologized saying she was off to a long weekend trip at that time. She could have easily told me that and say when I get back I'll look it up and contact you. That Chris guy doesn't return calls promptly ( like 2/3 days) and when he does he's rude. We bought a Kabco in April 2015. We still having serious issues. ALOT of other customers are having same issues. So please go to any of their websites. Read up on them. Be very informed before you buy. It may look beautiful but it can easily fall apart.
