Do not hire this guy. He ripped me off by lying tiles on uneven floor. We discussed he has to put down subfloor or underlay. Floors pop and crack when you walk on them. He refused to fix the problem and tried to convince me that the tile would adhere to the floor without subfloor. I told him he was incorrect and must fix. He refused and would not take my calls.
