Tom Pittari III, Host Construction LLC built my house recently. To say that I was disappointed would be a significant understatement. He was in breach of contract for not finishing the house in 12 months (it took 20 months and was still not 100%), he didn't pay subs and suppliers in a timely fashion and had to be threatened with going to the DA to do so. A number of items were not completed or poorly done and he refused to have the subs correct their work. All in all, a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and use someone else!! Michael Lifsey
