Granddaughter came home traumatized after first day, when she was picked up she said the lady spanked her on the leg, owner denied this, but even in the morning, she didn't want to go back because again she stated that the lady spanked her. She is harsh and mean, keep your kids away...ZERO STARS! Not even worth 1
